PRINCIPALS

RICH ANDERSON, PE
PRINCIPAL / PRESIDENT

Mr. Anderson manages the day to day operations of our firm. Rich graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1997. He helps owners operate, maintain, expand, and improve their facilities and utilities. He continues to plan and manage engineering projects from water and wastewater infrastructure to site development and roadway design. Mr. Anderson provides professional services to various municipal and private organizations and is a licensed professional engineer in both North and South Carolina.

ALVIN FULLER, JR., PE
PRINCIPAL / SR. VICE-PRESIDENT

Mr. Fuller has over 26 years of experience in the civil engineering industry, including 4 years in the public sector, where he served as a project manager for the City of Asheville, NC and the Utilities Engineer for the City of Hendersonville, NC. This experience has provided Alvin with a unique perspective in terms of project development, funding, and future maintenance. Mr. Fuller has designed and/or managed various water, wastewater, site development, and stormwater projects, including more than 900,000 linear feet of water mains. Alvin graduated from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College in 2011 with an Associate in Science in Civil Engineering Technology.

MANAGEMENT

JIM LONGSHORE, PE
FORMER PRINCIPAL / PRESIDENT

Mr. Longshore leads our team with over 48 years of engineering experience. Jim graduated from Clemson University with a Master of Science in Environmental Systems Engineering in 1972. Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to any engineering project. During his career, Jim has managed projects ranging from distribution and collection system expansions and rehabilitations to treatment plant designs and pre-treatment programs. Mr. Longshore was the engineer-of-record for the City of Columbia WWTP expansion to 40 MGD in the mid-1980’s and to 60 MGD in early 1990’s.

LONNIE T. MATHIS, JR.
FORMER PRINCIPAL / SR. VICE PRESIDENT

Despite being semi-retired, Mr. Mathis is still involved with the day to day activities associated with several projects. He provides over 49 years of engineering knowledge to our organization and is trusted for his guidance and advise. Lonnie graduated from Sumter Area Technical College in 1971 with an Associate in Science in Civil Engineering Technology. Mr. Mathis has managed various water and wastewater improvements projects and excels in project development and funding.
 

JOHNNY KINSEY, PLS
SURVEY MANAGER

Mr. Kinsey is a South Carolina licensed surveyor with over 43 years of experience in the industry. Johnny has completed a wide variety of surveys over the years, including boundary, topographic, design, as-built, Alta surveys, construction staking, graveyards, munitions, etc. Mr. Kinsey’s experience and expertise are essential to the services provided by our firm. Johnny excels in his attention to detail and his understanding of which site features are critical to the success of the project.
